Smooth, plush velvet uppers with decorative swooping inset motifs make the Kathryn Slingbacks utterly irresistible. Kathryn Slingbacks feature our classic, perfectly balanced 3"/ 7.62 Cuban heel. Shoes are gorgeous! Would give 5 stars but these are a little tight, would recommend maybe a half size larger. Don't wear dress shoes often. Would buy again for sure!

I got the Sheep's Clothing color way. It's a little darker than the photos (I'm still waiting on a good white dress heel!), but a nice shade of pale beige-gold and I love the subtle color play. The shape is spot on and I love it, but I do wish the toe box came up a little farther. The velvet is quite shiny and polyester-looking, unlike vintage velvet, sadly; and I have no idea how well it will wear compared to leather, so we'll have to wait and see about that. I definitely wouldn't wear them anywhere there might be mud. Overall, it does fill a color gap in my wardrobe, and I like that it can go both formal and regular wear, unlike most gold-colored shoes.
I love the aurora red color! Well made and I like that there's cushion to the sole. I ordered my normal size, size 8, and they fit snuggly but not painfully tight. I'll stick with them as I don't think you want a ton of space in these types of shoes though if you prefer a little more space maybe go a half size up if possible. Overall, beautiful shoes!
I love the look of these beautifully-designed and well-made shoes. I’m a big fan of this brand and Christine McConnell! However, I recommend wearing stockings or tights with them if you have long toes like I do, because of the toe cleavage. They don’t hug around the top of my feet super well, but I think wearing stockings should remedy the issue.
