    They're so beautiful and comfortable!

    These are so elegant and that heel is so sexy. I love my Sophie Mules, so I also thought I'd love these, and I was right. These are even better than the Sophies.

    Unfortunate Fit

    I had been dreaming of owning these shoes for the past year and saved up diligently to buy them. When they became available again, I rushed to purchase them, worried I might miss my chance. To ensure they fit, I decided to go up a size, but even the 9.5 turned out to be too tight and too short.

    Hoping for a resolution, I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange them or at least get a credit. Unfortunately, I was informed that the sale was final, and no returns or exchanges would be accepted.

    Now, I’m stuck with my dream shoes that don’t fit and have lost the money I had carefully saved. I’m heartbroken and disappointed. 😞
