I had to use heel pads for a better fit. My sizing is odd with this brand but sometimes you have to try a couple sizes and modify or stretch etc. Watch their videos on perfect fit. I love Christine and got two out of the 3. One was just not comfortable no matter what size. This flat is cute and will work!
I love my new flats. They are soft and get me through a day of teaching on my feet.
they're really pretty, they're comfortable and i like them a lot, the only issue is that they're looser than i expected. this is my 3rd pair of american duchess shoes, and i ordered a 9.5 which is the same size i've gotten before, and it's worked perfectly for me with the other two i have and is my usual shoe size at most places (at least the ones that offer half sizes), so i didn't think there would be any reason for these ones to be different, but i probably could have gone down to a regular 9 and been fine. they're not so loose that they come off my feet while i'm walking, but i did have to tighten the strap and put the buckle in the very last notch for them to feel secure enough to get up and try walking around in them.
Of all the varieties of Christine McConnell shoes, this pair ran a little big. I had to exchange them for a half size down, but other than that, I am in love! These are perfect flats for all your glam and vintage looks, and they are comfortable enough to wear every day. I am keeping my fingers crossed that these are so insanely popular that they will come out in other materials so I can have multiple versions of all of these shoes!
I love the style, I ordered these in 6.5 because I didn’t know how they would fit, I am between sizes 6.5-7. Sometimes when I order 6.5 too small, other times 7 too big depending on the manufacturer. These are a good fit, not to tight I might have gotten away with ordering these in the 7 because of the toe shape but I didn’t want to get them and they fall off my feet. So far haven’t gotten any blisters(a common problem I have even with sneakers)and they are comfortable. Only wore them once to the market. They are an elegant design that brings in the spooky vibes I love.
