Description

Meet the fantastically spooky Parker pumps, perfectly period for the 1920s all the way through to the 1960s. These fun and funky little vintage shoes feature round toes, a new 2 in / 5 cm Cuban heel, and the eye-catching spiderweb vamp with satin ribbon ties. These cuties are direct reproductions of an extant pair of 1920s shoes along with the catalog advertisement.

The original Parker Spiderweb Pumps were made in black patent leather, to which we have stayed faithful with our glossy, high-grade glacé calf. Wear Parkers all year around to add a little gothy interest to any outfit both historical and modern. They're perfect for any vintage attire along with Lolita, Steampunk, Dark Academia, and other aesthetic dress

Over all great!

I’ve purchased from American duchess before and absolutely loved their shoes so I saved up and bought these to go with a 1920’s reproduction dress I’m making. So far, I’ve bought the Manhattan boots and Bernadette Oxfords, which are both made on the same last, but with this last I didn’t know what to expect fit-wise so I just ordered my regular 7.5 size. I probably should have ordered a 7 because my feet kept sliding forward in the shoes and my heels slipped out if I didn’t tie the ribbon tight enough. But I’d only noticed this when I’d worn them outside, so I couldn’t swap them out. Instead, I just got some insoles and now they fit just fine (needs some breaking in in the toes but nothing uncomfortable)! In terms of look, they’re honestly so beautiful! The pictures just don’t do them justice and when I wear them with black stockings they are just stunning! The heels are a nice height too, elegant but not too high! The ribbons on these feel much nicer than the ones on the Bernadettes, and the spiderweb cutouts are literally so amazing! I feel like I’m ready to go to a Halloween speakeasy and I’m all here for it. So yeah, over all, love them! If you’re used to the Londoner/Bernadette/Manhattan last, maybe order a half size down for optimal fit, and do a bit more walking around on carpet before scuffing the bottom, but I still love my new shoes and will definitely order from AD again when I have the money!

These shoes are so pretty and adorable. Easy and VERY fast exchange when first pair were slightly too small. Now they fit perfectly!

Closet Staple!

These shoes are perfect to match with the majority of my closet wear and fit true to size. These are super comfortable to wear for walking and long wear events. I would definitely buy these in other colors given the opportunity.
