Clementine Vintage Ghillie Shoes Wide (Multi-Stripe)

I love these shoes, they're so charming, but the heel material is really stiff and feels like it's going to chew my heel off 😅 Maybe it will soften up with more wear. Gorgeous shoes otherwise!

These shoes are absolutely adorable, like perhaps one of the cutest shoes I’ve ever seen. I loved the look of them so much, that I actually bought them in TWO colors: olive drab and blue. This was my first purchase from AD and I was so excited to wear them everyday, but I have soon discovered that they are just killer on my feet! I’m a size 7 wide, and I know this to be true as I have worn 7.5 shoes in the past when I didn’t realize I was a wide, only for them to be too big. I got both shoes in a 7W, but they are just way too small. It seems to be a length issue, because my big toe is pressing up against the shoe and the other toes have indentations of squeezing. I know AD advises that dress shoes are meant to be a closer fit, but I only ever wear dress shoes/heels and I’ve never had this issue before with other 7W shoes. I’m truly gutted, as I really wanted to say these are 5 star shoes, but it’s been 4 days of wear and actually, one of the heel caps fell off and the discomfort is still present even with the shoe inserts I added. I wish I could return the other pair for a 7.5W but it’s sold out, so I guess I’ll have to see if I can stretch them <\3

I don't wear heels but am amazed at how comfortable and stable these shoes are! LOVE the color and just have to make the dress to go with them! Outstanding value.

I needed wide, & these wide shoes fit well! They came with a replacement set of heal bottoms for when the originals get worn, which is likely, as I plan to wear them a lot! Also came with a pair of replacement laces ! Very happy! !

The shoes are gorgeous, just a looser fit than I expected, so they look a bit silly on me.
