LOVE THIS

I fell in love with this pattern when I first saw it and bought it before I realized I could get it for free here. I made two of these capes, for myself and for a friend, both reversible. They are beautiful. I made a few adjustments. I have relatively broad shoulders, so I widened the bodice pieces for mine accordingly. I also lengthened the back a little, for more drama. And I added small pockets in the wrap pieces, hidden in the top most dart. Just something small, for a car key and some mad money and credit card and ID. For closures in the back I attached a small loop in the end of one wrap piece and sewed on three buttons on the other end, so it could be adjusted according to how loose or tight fitting I wanted it. Love the simplicity of the pattern, and the hugely dramatic looking results.
