Love, love, love these shoes! I was having trouble finding lavender shoes for my wedding that didn't have a 4" heel and cost $400+. A friend of mine recommended American Duchess and when I saw these shoes (and saw they came in W!), I instantly fell in love! I will warn they need to be broken in ahead of time in order for them to fit comfortably for the entire day. Thankfully, these shoes are leather, so once they are broken in they conform beautifully to your foot. I was on a bit of a time crunch, so for two weeks I would take them to work and would wear them with wool socks for several hours while sitting at my desk. I also took them to dance class to get comfortable wearing them during our first dance. It worked amazingly well and by the time of the wedding, I was able to wear them for almost 12 hours with no issues.
The other thing to consider is the beading will get caught on lace. I had a lace underskirt on my dress and found this out while at a dress fitting. My seamstress gave me some nude colored tulle to hot glue over the top of the beading to prevent the skirt from catching and it worked perfectly. If done correctly, the glue is invisible and will not damage the shoe at all and is super easy to remove afterward. You can barely tell in the photos, too! 10/10, highly recommend.
