These shoes are absolutely stunning and never want to take them off. The beading is spectacular, the fit is impeccable, and the delicate side bow makes them a historical showstopper. I wore them for three days in a row after receiving them and couldn't have been more comfortable (legit, preferred them over my Keds). The heel height and stability are super secure, look amazing, and feel even better. The wide fit was perfect for my feet too! I will never buy regular width now that I've worn these.
BE ADVISED: When I first put them on at home, I thought for sure I would need to return them and get a half size up as the toe box was quite tight/crunched. But I really wanted to wear them that day and said to heck with it and went for it. With one long day of wear, the leather had molded to my toe box and stretched comfortably where if I had gotten the half size up, they would've been falling off. So please, give them time to mold. The leather is super soft and just takes some warmth and then you'll have a perfectly fitting shoe. I also have the AD Bernadette's and the leather there is much stiffer and never molded to my foot (for that I much prefer the Laurels!!).
Only criticism: I am pretty hard on my shoes and wore these for three days straight out of the box, running around at a theatre production for 12+ hrs, up and down multiple flights of steps, moving set pieces, etc. etc., etc.. I only did while wearing them because they were so hecking comfortable while looking impeccable!!
Unfortunately, I discovered that the beads on the toes actually scratched up the back of the heel and inner arch area of the other shoe decently because of how I walk and with doing so much. I'm so so sad about that and hope I can find a leather polish or way to buff them with the unique color that isn't obvious. I also already lost the one bead on the toe of the shoes. I wish a few replacement beads had been sent with the shoes so I could replace them. But that doesn't change my opinion that these are the best ADs I've ever had.
