Good but could be better

This tool is beautiful and it is essential however, the handle broke off on my first pass and I was able to still use to button the boots, wish it was one solid piece, not a glued on handle. Otherwise it's good.

Beautiful

I purchased the Tavistock boots and I needed to get this. I think that for what the boots cost, the button hook should have been included at no additional charge. You can't wear the boots without it. I absolutely love the boots but when you use the hook, you need to be mindful about not ripping the buttons off. It take a bit of practice to get it down.
