This special limited edition of our popular Camille boots is inspired by the Star Princess costume in Phantom of the Opera with a healthy dose of historical design. Based closely on original 1890s vaudeville, opera, and circus boots, metallic leather boots were a popular choice for performers at the turn of the 20th century.
The special edition Star Princess boots are fantastic for cosplaying Christine Daae from Phantom, various super heroes and video game avatars, or your favorite ice princess. Think of the possibilities: Can-can, Vaudeville, historybounding, theatrical costumes, Moulin Rouge!
These tall boots feature a shaped top, leather foxing throughout, and a gorgeous 3 in / 7.6 cm French heel.
As a lace-up boot, the Camilles are very adjustable for a wide variety of ankle and low-calf measurements. The top of the Camille boots does not extend to the widest part of the calf muscle. Measurements scale a little based on size.

Ankle circumference (edge to edge) - 9 in - 11.5 in / 22.8 cm - 29.2 cm
Boot height (does not include heel) - 8.5 in / 21.5 cm
Camilles come with two sets of laces to allow a greater range of fit - the set on the boots is 77 in/ 195 cm long, and the extra-long laces are 154 in / 391 cm long.

The boots arrived 1 hour before I left for the airport so I literally had to open them and decide. It was love at first sight...they were beautiful I took a chance that they'd be comfortable...and they were! I wore them all day in New York, attending "Masquerade", the new immersive Phantom of the Opera experience. Two hours of walking, standing and then a 10 block walk back to the hotel. No blisters, very comfy, lots of compliments. I had excellent customer service support when I thought they wouldn't arrive in time...I'm so glad they did! Highly recommend!!
ordering, shipping, all went well. The boots are beautiful and surprisingly comfortable. I am starting to appreciate what the women in that time frame were dealing with - I have to unlace (or at least seriously loosen) the top third to half of the laces to get my foot into it, so this is not a shoe/boot that you would want to walk through a security line with (e.g., TSA)! :)
The boots are so beautiful and well made. I wore the for the first time and got a lot of compliments. The sizing was good and I appreciated that my toes didn't feel squished. I am not used to walking in heels all day but these are well worth the effort.
These were my first ever heels (at least anything over 1/2 inch) and they’re wonderful, easy to walk in for my first time with heels. I haven’t had a chance to wear them out yet but they’re beautifully made and very comfortable. I’m sure these shoes will last me many years!!! :3
These boots are beautiful and fit perfect. I wear a size 11 but went up 1 size, and I’m glad I did. It is a bit much to lace up and down but overall I’m glad I bought them. I have long legs and I can’t until it cool off to wear. Will send pic later. Thank you AD
